These terms regulate the relationship between you, as a guest, and Dimore Santa Justa, as a landlord. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\"><b>1. Booking and Payment<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">To book a stay at Dimore Santa Justa, you can contact us by phone at +39 338 905 1560 or by email at info@dimoresantajusta.com.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">At the time of booking, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay. The balance must be paid within 30 days before the arrival date. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">We accept payments by bank transfer, credit card or cash.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\"><b>2. Cancellation and Modifications<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit paid will not be refunded.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">If cancellation occurs within 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">If cancellation occurs within 14 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">There is no refund in case of early departure.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">If you need to change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee availability. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\"><b>3. Arrival and Departure<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">Check-out is by 10:00 am.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">Upon arrival, you will be asked to show a valid ID.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">You will be given a copy of the keys to the apartment and the remote control that opens the entrance gate of the residence. Please keep them carefully and return them at check-out. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\"><b>4. House Rules<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">Please treat the apartment and its amenities with care.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">It is forbidden to organize parties or events in the apartment.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">Please keep the noise level reasonable, especially during night hours.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">It is forbidden to bring pets into the apartment.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">In case of damage to the apartment or its equipment, you will be charged for the cost of repairs or replacements.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\"><b>5. Responsibility<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">Dimore Santa Justa is not responsible for damage or theft of guests&#8217; personal items.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">Dimore Santa Justa is not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur inside or outside the apartment.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\"><b>6. Privacy<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f1f1f;\">Dimore Santa Justa is committed to protecting the privacy of its guests.
