Before booking your stay at our residence, we invite you to carefully read the following terms and conditions. These terms regulate the relationship between you, as a guest, and Dimore Santa Justa, as a landlord.

1. Booking and Payment

• To book a stay at Dimore Santa Justa, you can contact us by phone at +39 338 905 1560 or by email at info@dimoresantajusta.com.

• At the time of booking, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay. The balance must be paid within 30 days before the arrival date.

• We accept payments by bank transfer, credit card or cash.

2. Cancellation and Modifications

• In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

• If cancellation occurs within 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

• If cancellation occurs within 14 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

• There is no refund in case of early departure.

• If you need to change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee availability.

3. Arrival and Departure

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

• Check-out is by 10:00 am.

• Upon arrival, you will be asked to show a valid ID.

• You will be given a copy of the keys to the apartment and the remote control that opens the entrance gate of the residence. Please keep them carefully and return them at check-out.

4. House Rules

• Please treat the apartment and its amenities with care.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

• It is forbidden to organize parties or events in the apartment.

• Please keep the noise level reasonable, especially during night hours.

• It is forbidden to bring pets into the apartment.

• In case of damage to the apartment or its equipment, you will be charged for the cost of repairs or replacements.

5. Responsibility

• Dimore Santa Justa is not responsible for damage or theft of guests’ personal items.

• Dimore Santa Justa is not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur inside or outside the apartment.

6. Privacy

• Dimore Santa Justa is committed to protecting the privacy of its guests. Your personal data will be treated in accordance with current legislation on privacy.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.

• For any dispute relating to these terms and conditions, the court of Tortolì will have jurisdiction.

8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• By making a reservation, you unconditionally accept these terms and conditions.
