What are the check-in / check-out hours?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, while check-out is at 10:00 AM.
How do I receive and return the keys to my booked accommodation?
The keys to enter the booked apartment and the remote control to open the entrance gate are kept in a metal box located to the right of the entrance door.
During check-in the Host will provide all the necessary information.
Upon check-out, the keys to the accommodation will be placed in the metal box.
What is the policy for canceling/modifying a direct booking at the property?
Depending on the season, the cancellation policy periods change:
Low Season - MARCH, APRIL, OCTOBER
Cancellations up to / days before check-in date, no penalty (Example: check-in April 10th, free cancellation by midnight on April 3rd).
Cancellation within 7 days, 50% penalty. No Show 100%
Mid Season - MAY, JUNE, SEPTEMBER
Cancellations up to 14 days before check-in date, no penalty (Example: check-in on April 15th
free cancellation by 24:00 on April 2nd). Cancellations between 14 and 7 days from check-in, 30% penalty;
Cancellations within 7 days, 50% penalty, No-Show 100%
High Season - JULY, AUGUST
Cancellations up to 21 days before check-in date, no penalty (Example: check-in on April 22nd
free cancellation by 24:00 on April 2nd). Cancellations between 21 and 14 days from check-in, penalty of 30%;
Cancellations between 14 and 7 days from check-in, penalty of 50%. Cancellation within 7 days from check-in,
penalty of 80%, No Show 100%
Is there a tourist tax?
Since 19/07/2023 the Municipality of Tortolì has equipped itself with the Tourist Tax.
For each overnight stay the tax is € 1.50 per person, for a maximum of six nights.
Children under sixteen are exempt from the tourist tax.

If the guest wishes to pay in cash, he can, at the time of check-out, deposit the money inside the metal box together with the keys.
Are there discounts for children?
There are no discounts for children.
Is there a minimum stay?
A minimum stay of two nights is required.
* Depending on the period, for example Easter, August or other holidays, the minimum stay could be extended!
Are there any times for access to the pool? Do I have to use a swimming cap?
The swimming pool is available from 9.00 in the morning until 21.00 in the evening.
The use of headphones is not foreseen.
Are the green spaces surrounding the Residences accessible for walks and hikes?
Certainly, there is a path that runs around the perimeter of the residence for about 1 km.
Can I receive visits from relatives/acquaintances during my stay?
To protect the privacy, tranquility and safety of our customers, we do not accept relatives and acquaintances to stay in the facility.
Are pets allowed? Are there size restrictions?
Small/medium sized dogs allowed, one per apartment, with an extra cleaning and disinfestation supplement of € 50.00
per stay.
Any damage caused by the animal’s stay must be immediately compensated.
